A few months later you work on an offshore platform or a heavy-lift structure. We are an engineering team of more than 35 people in Rostock. We work on projects in shipbuilding, offshore wind, structural steel and mechanical engineering. You examine technical questions in depth and regularly take on new tasks. We work on cruise vessels, offshore structures and mechanical assemblies. You do not spend years on the same product line. Experience gained on one project often helps with the next. 02 · Team ### Expertise is close at hand. Our Rostock office brings together shipbuilding, offshore, structural steel and mechanical engineering. When you get stuck, you ask a colleague for a second opinion. A colleague a few desks away has often solved a similar problem before. We work with colleagues and clients from several countries. 03 · Openness ### We put mistakes on the table. If you spot an error in a calculation or a design, you raise it, whoever made it. We work out the cause and correct it. Staying silent is not an option. When you prepare documents for review, you flag any problems as early as possible.
